Abstract
Acquired digital fibrokeratoma, sometimes called acral fibrokeratoma, is an uncommon, solitary, firm nodular to conical fibrotic or keratotic projection of skin surrounded by a slight elevated epidermal collarette.
We report a case of relatively large-sized acquired digital fibrokeratoma showing horn-like projection on the right third toe in 58-year-old male. We treated it with surgical excision. (Kor J Dermatol 1997;35(1) : 126¡128)
